Refund policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, please provide an unboxing video as part of the return request to verify the condition of the item upon receipt.

Orders Shipped to INDIA Customers:
Please note that refunds are not applicable for any purchases made on our platform.
Our products are priced with very low profit margins to ensure they remain affordable for our customers. Additionally, shipping and logistics costs are significantly high, especially for individual orders. Due to these factors, we are unable to offer refunds.
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, size charts, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement, subject to verification and our policy terms.
NOTE : Any tampering in the unboxing video, damaged packaging, or already opened packages may lead to rejection of the claim.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Liability Disclaimer – Dropshipping Model
Please note that our business operates under a dropshipping model. As such:
- We act as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier.
- All products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from product tampering, incorrect items received, packaging errors, or other fulfillment mistakes made by the supplier.
- While we strive to work only with trusted suppliers, any concerns or disputes regarding damaged, incorrect, or faulty products must be directed to our customer support team within [7 days] of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the supplier wherever possible.
- We do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or exchanges for such issues, as these are subject to the supplier’s policies.
- Our role is limited to forwarding your order to the supplier and facilitating communication between both parties if any issue arises.
- We do not hold inventory or directly handle the products.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Slight color variations due to photography or display settings
By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our dropshipping model.
Disclaimer & Liability (Dropshipping Model)
- We are a dropshipping-based store—we do not manufacture or warehouse any product.
- All items are fulfilled and packed by third-party vendors.
🛑 We are NOT liable for:
- Tampered packaging or damaged items in transit
- Wrong item shipped by the supplier
- Quality or fit issues unless clearly proven defective
We will, however, assist you in resolving such issues with the supplier wherever possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
