6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes We currently ship to the INDIA & US. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.

Please note that we are not liable for any delivery delays once the shipment is with the courier company, as such delays are beyond our control and may happen due to reasons like weather, operational challenges, or regional disruptions. However, our support team will actively follow up with the courier and keep you informed until the product is delivered.
***Wrong Item or Category Received***
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong product or wrong category), please contact us immediately. We are here to help and will guide you through the entire resolution process to ensure you receive the correct product.
📦 Important: To process such issues, a clear unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened. This video acts as proof and is necessary for verification with our logistics and dispatch teams.
NOTE : Any tampering in the unboxing video, damaged packaging, or already opened packages may lead to rejection of the claim.
